I’m sure more to come until I join the hair club for men… I also spent 3 years working for Hall County performing data work all the while being able to obtain a degree in Information Technology. With Collins Property Group I handle everything from sales/rental help, repairs, creating advertisements, commercials, web design, and everything in-between. Come visit us, I’m always here!

My name is Zach Dodd and I am the Administrative Assistant here at Collins Property Group. You probably will barely see me in the office. You might say to yourself, “Zach Dodd... You mean, the legend? The myth? THE MYSTERY?” Do not fear, friends. I promise I am real. I’m always running from here to Timbuktu, performing tasks to ensure to all of our tenants that they will receive the highest form of reliability and comfortability.

My passion has always been people. Before CPG, I had several waiting jobs and I always loved interaction with people. My promise to all clients, present and future, is that I will always treat you with respect and my upmost attention.

Loves: My Wife, friends and family – Music – Food – B-Horror Movies

Dislikes: Car problems, bounced checks, and pineapple on pizza.

Kathline Collins

Kathline Collins started Collins Property Group in 2005 and has grown the business to include a large property management division as well as residential and land sales. Prior to her career in real estate, Kathline practiced as Registered Nurse for 13 years.

Originally from Vermont, Kathline is a 25 year resident of Gainesville, Georgia, but has lived all over the East Coast, including Miami, Baltimore, central New Jersey, Philadelphia and Cape Cod.

Four children call her Mom and two grandchildren call her Mum Mum.

In her free time (ha ha!), Kathline enjoys, gardening, book club, laying by the pool and a good glass of wine.

Kathline feels being active in the community is her duty as a good citizen and has been part of the following organizations:
